The hotel staff was charming, too much so because people ignored the rules; the first rule is no reserving tables or lounge chairs, at 4 in the afternoon in all that heat, there were 16 tables at the terrace bar and 11 of them were reserved with towels. I went to complain and the response was “what a need people have to do that.” No sir, I have been going to hotels for 17 years and if the rule is no reserving, the hotel staff removes the towels. A disaster, and don't even get me started on the lounge chairs that the lifeguard himself gives the green light to reserve with towels starting at 10 in the morning. The buffet was too small for all the people there and very little variety, although the food was very good. In short, I spent a “fine” vacation with my family, but I will not repeat it.
