Booked self catering apartment, had an injury the day before and rang to request a low level apartment and it was no issue. The apartment was equipped with enough equipment to get through, a bit of a walk from bars and restaurants as on site one has shut but we didn’t mind that. Pool was good and had lifeguards on at all time, reception helpful. Our flight didn’t land until late and the onsite reception closes at 8pm which meant we had to walk to the neighbouring sister hotel about 5 minutes away, not too much of an issue but would’ve been nice to be made aware especially as we had rang the day before due to injury and made them aware when we were landing. Cleaners came about 4 days into the 7 day stay to change towels and sheets. We did struggle to open the gates to get into our apartment block area but that might be down to us and not the gate, unsure but all in all a really good place to stay for a quiet home away from home as long as you don’t mind abut if walking to shops, bars etc (only around 10 minutes)

Paloma called me I was with my family, you were 14 between children and adults. We went from August 6th to 12th and the night of Saturday 9th we were robbed. We were in apartments 16/1,16/2 and 16/4 plus one on the top floor 16/21[I think]. Luckily we weren't there because we went to dinner but two cameras were stolen. We took part in reception and they came to see him but at no time did they take care of the theft. It is a complex of shared apartments with private individuals that if they have security cameras and we are surprised that they had that protection. Now we explain why. DO NOT GO, LOOK FOR OTHER ACCOMMODATION AS THERE ARE ROBBERIES IN THAT AREA

The location is good. Apartments, need image maintenance / washing. The kitchen has almost no utensils, so you end up having to go to buy utensils for cleaning and cooking, crockery justita. Bathroom that needs fixing, in my case the toilet was not going well. Comfort is not as expected, uncomfortable bed with a pillow that was practically cigarette paper, the “sofa bed” some of the broken boards. The pool, not bad, but I was surprised that they let people bathe with clothes, in the cases I saw cotton t-shirts (that is not hygienic) It is a shame because you see a cool place in a well located place, but personally I have been disappointed.
