I did not like it, there is no surveillance or security, I had a towel stolen at the entrance of the room and they didn’t even apologize. The room had ants on the floor and the wall and they say they cannot use any products because it is a natural park, I hope they don’t start coming in cockroaches. The bathroom pipes smelled terrible, at night I had to put all the stoppers in and cover the shower drain with a towel so that when I opened the bathroom door, the smell wouldn’t hit me in the face. And the breakfast was horrifying, let me say that I am not bothered by children and I don’t mind having children in a hotel, but these children were the kids of one of the hotel partners and they were running around the restaurant, picking their noses and then touching the fruit, they would take a donut, drop it, and put it back on the plate with the others, and they were like human loudspeakers all the time screaming and the father didn’t say anything to them, children of 4 and 3 years old, I tried to go down at different times and by Murphy's law, there they were with a Filipino nanny who couldn’t do anything. Positive remarks for the reception and restaurant staff, they treated us wonderfully.

Great, super cozy, very very clean, the facilities are a 10. The best part was Yoli's attention at the reception, super attentive and especially caring. We will definitely return!!! We recommend it without a doubt.

Hotel very well located, clean, quiet, with free snacks every afternoon from 5 to 6 PM. Very good service received from Yolanda.
