Mediterraneo Park

We had an amazing stay at Mediterraneo Bay Hotel & Resort and would definitely recommend it! The hotel’s location is perfect, right on the beach, making it easy to enjoy the sea whenever you want. There are plenty of swimming pools for children, fantastic entertainment activities, and the food is absolutely delicious. The buffet offers a huge variety, so everyone can find something they love. The staff are also incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. We originally booked a Royal Suite but decided to upgrade to a room with direct pool access, and it was the best decision! The room was beautiful, and the pool was fantastic—perfect for both families with children and couples looking to relax. The housekeeping team did an excellent job every day, keeping the room spotless and smelling fresh. We will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

I read a lot of negative reviews about this hotel before I left. So much so that I considered changing my hotel to another one. I was pleasantly surprised. Yes, you can find small shortcomings in the rooms or in the pool, but it's really not a reason to waste your vacation. First of all, it is clean, smells beautiful, the rooms are dutifully cleaned in the same way as swimming pools or public bathrooms. I did not encounter any unpleasant service, but I was also understanding in communicating in English. The only thing I can get to is food. In truth, it is tasty but very monotonous and not varied at all, breakfast and snacks for 7 days were identical every day. Plus, the availability of ice cream or chips. I would generally consider coming to this place again.

Great location, friendly workers and good variety of food (slightly repetitive). Right next to the pebble beach. Reception were really nice and welcoming. One issue, the deepest swimming pool, one day had drinks glasses knocked into it, not once but 3 times, they smashed on every occasion! Also footballs could get thrown into the eating area but glass bottles dropped into the swimming pool, this is not acceptable. I found this pool to be constantly dirty with bugs and around the filters, the lifeguards do net it out but nowhere near enough times. The toilets round the pool are constantly cleaned so that was nice and the cleaners are really friendly. We had a tiny balcony, only 2 chairs but 4 people paid for. 2 small double beds pushed together, so you cannot access the bed in the middle. The fixed bedside tables means you cant move the beds. Some single beds would be good for the children. Very limited storage, would be ok for 2 people not 4. Improvements, something as basic as coat hooks on the bathroom door and outside the bathroom would make such a difference. The swimming pool with the larger slides has an awful rough floor around it which actually hurts your feet. The TV's in the sports bar have a time delay between them of a couple of minutes, so watching the football was impossible, we heard the goals before we watched them. The evening entertainment was a bit lacking, but its a nice quiet resort. We had a lovely holiday and these are only minors issues but hopefully some will be addressed.
