Hello, we were there for a few days in July 2026, it was our first time and both my family and I were delighted during our stay at the hotel, a 10 in everything, the service received from the hotel staff, entertainment, slides, pools, meals, (the dinner on Saturday, July 11, was speechless, spectacular, nothing was missing), cleanliness, everything was great; if I have to find any fault, just to say something, it's that the rooms were a bit old, but everything was very clean. And the pool floor was a bit slippery, you had to be careful not to fall.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ More Than a Hotel – People With Truly Kind Hearts My family and I have been travelling for more than 20 years. Every year we usually make four or five trips to different countries. During all these years we have stayed in many hotels, from simple accommodations to luxury resorts. Experience has taught us that beautiful buildings, large swimming pools and delicious food are important. But honesty, kindness and humanity are what truly make a hotel unforgettable. This year we chose PlayaLinda for our family holiday. Unfortunately, during our stay something happened that no parent ever wants to experience. During the Spain vs Belgium football match, our 3-year-old son suddenly became seriously ill with a very high fever. His condition worsened quickly and we urgently needed to take him to the emergency department. Alejandro, the receptionist, immediately did everything possible to help us. He called a taxi straight away, but because of the football match the town was extremely busy. No taxi was available, and even the ambulance could not reach us quickly. I ran upstairs to our room to collect our passports and our European Health Insurance Cards. When I came back downstairs, my wife was calling for me because everyone was looking for us. At that moment, Alejandro and Rosa, one of the housekeepers, made a decision that our family will never forget. Without a second of hesitation, Rosa offered to drive us to the hospital in her own car. At first we believed she would simply take us there and then return to the hotel. Instead, she stayed with us while our son was examined by the doctors. She waited until everything was finished and then drove us safely back to the hotel. Nobody asked her to do this. It was not part of her job. She simply saw a family that needed help and chose kindness. Before leaving the hotel our son’s temperature had reached almost 40°C. We gave him fever medicine just before the journey, and by the time the doctors examined him, his temperature had already fallen. The doctors diagnosed a viral infection, and thankfully our little boy is now recovering well. I honestly felt embarrassed even thinking about offering Rosa money for the petrol. Some acts of kindness simply cannot be paid for. During more than twenty years of travelling around the world, this is the first time we have experienced such genuine humanity from hotel employees. This review is not about professionalism. Alejandro is already an excellent receptionist. Rosa is already an excellent housekeeper. This review is about something much more important. It is about two wonderful people who reminded us that true humanity still exists. If the management of Playa Linda reads this review, please know that you have two truly exceptional employees. Alejandro and Rosa did much more than perform their jobs. They gave comfort, hope and support to a frightened family during one of the most difficult nights of our holiday. From the bottom of our hearts… Thank you, Alejandro. Thank you, Rosa. We will never forget your kindness, and because of people like you, we will always remember Playa Linda with gratitude.

Terrible experience, a 4-star hotel that deserves nothing. We arrived and had a reservation at Playalinda, they redirected us to Playasol because there are no rooms (nonsensical since I have a reservation) and they give us a "superior" room. We go with my 6-year-old son and my 11-year-old daughter, and the room has the bathroom in the room, what I mean is... there is no private bathroom, there is no door, just a partition like the shower, the shower is exactly the same. What I mean is that we have to change in front of the kids (since the girl is no longer such a little girl). Now the air conditioning doesn't work, and apparently, it's the only room in the hotel that has been renovated as "superior." They redirect us to Playalinda at 11 at night, we arrive and they give us a room from the 60s where the air conditioning doesn't work🫣 we complain at midnight and they change us again at 2 in the morning, all this with luggage up and down, a sleeping child, and tired from a trip. From Seville, it's a 4-hour drive. All four of us are exhausted, they change the room and the air conditioning still doesn't work. It's 3:00 in the morning and we can't sleep... a disaster, the hotel chain that doesn't solve anything for us. A shame for the €1300 that our stay has cost us. A 4-star hotel with a ceiling fan that poor thing can't even move due to its age.
