The hotel is very nice, the only problem we encountered was that in a nearby room they left a dog that would start barking as soon as its owners left the room, making it unbearable to stay in the room. When I brought up the issue with the dog's owner, she became very rude and even violent (I suspect she was a person lacking manners), unleashing all kinds of insults, and if it weren't for other people present who intervened, she would have ended up attacking me; the truth is that the situation was quite unpleasant.

Lovely stay at moon Hotel staff very friendly, waitresses and waiters are so helpful. Right in the harbour near some restaurants. Do have a sea view as the garden view is not desirable. Will definitely be back. Havier in the pool bar is a star.

Our experience has been very good since the hotel meets the expectations we brought. The facilities were very clean at all times, something that is greatly appreciated. The buffet offered a great variety of food, with good quality products and options for all tastes. In addition, the entertainment team was magnificent: very friendly, professional, and always attentive to ensuring that both children and adults enjoyed the activities. Giving special thanks to Sergio, Viky, and Irene who were very nice to us. Without a doubt, a highly recommended stay. We would love to return!
