Terrible attention, very bad service, a very expensive all-inclusive compared to other clients, even a difference of 1000 euros for the same service, the rooms were terrible, the bathroom corners had mold, the food was of very poor quality, very long lines to get in to eat due to the hotel's poor organization, very bad cafeteria service, everything in plastic cups, I don't recommend it to anyone.

The room was very comfortable and clean. The facilities do not disappoint, the food is varied, and the staff's treatment is excellent.

I was on holiday in this hotel in June and do not recommend. There is very little hygiene and cleanliness in the hotel. During meals, we had to be looking for the cutlery and the less dirty glasses. We even came away earlier because my son got a gastroenteritis during the stay. The corridor of access to our room was with plenty of garbage and was never cleaned during the time we were there. The lack of personnel to work was notorious. The hotel has a good location (1st line of beach) but today the rating of 4* is painful.
