The room I liked, but it has nothing to do with the photos they publish, small, well lit with window to the outside, good wardrobe, bathroom very well, TV something small, fridge, everything very clean. The hotel is located in a narrow and pedestrian street, the entrance to the complicated park, about two minutes walk, you have parquin square town hall, cheaper and with large squares. On foot of the hotel there is a restaurant, opposite a rock, and about 20 meters a bar restaurant, where you eat very badly , Bavaria.. there is everything in the surroundings, everything very close, there is also a super, about 200 meters. we enter on a Sunday and go out on a Thursday, therefore the quiet street, I do not know, at weekend or in high season, how to be the street and the possible noises of the outside. The window doesn't insulate enough from the noises... the good ones insulate much more. There are rooms that are indoors. still patio, but it's covered.

We stayed on weekdays and were given a room that overlooks the lobby, so you could not hear street noises. The best, breakfast. Buffet with fresh fruit cut and peeled, pastries, cakes, various types of cheese and coffee of very acceptable quality. Very friendly staff. The hotel looks like it's converted and more or less 'modernized' but would need a refresher to really update it: Plugs are missing! There was only one in the whole room. The bathroom is from the 90s. The shower had some mold on it. The arrival by car was the most complicated, despite going with GPS, because the hotel is in a very narrow pedestrian street (with a bollard to prevent the passage of vehicles) and without any visible sign indicating that the Hotel (and the parking lot) is 20 meters from the corner.

I stayed with my partner for a total of five nights at this hotel.
The location is not bad as it is located in the city center. It is somewhat away from the nearest beach (about 20-25 minutes walk). There are quite a few bars around ideal for a drink or dinner.
Parking is quite uncomfortable, you have to put the car in a forklift and a more or less large vehicle would go, in my opinion, quite wrong. The price of it is exorbitant, it is 18€ a day when a few years ago I saw that it was at 12€. They told us that when he changed ownership, he raised the amount. Availability (in covers) upon arrival. I also find it annoying to have to wait for the reception girl to open the garage door every time you go in.
Facilities are generally quite clean, including rooms. It's a negative point for me that they don't hit the street.
The staff is very nice, probably the best of the hotel, although we miss some information about activities or sights when we arrive.
The breakfast is complete but fair, every day they have the same things and, perhaps, it becomes repetitive, but it is worth including it in the stay because in the hotel itself they nail 10 € per person, quite high price. We don’t know why but there are quite a few flying bugs in the dining area, something that doesn’t happen in the hotel. Every day we saw many in the food area.
The room is normal, the air conditioning works well. In my opinion the TV is small. We had a problem with the shower, it didn't swallow the water well but they solved it without problem.
The worst part of the stay, certainly the noise. You hear pretty much everything, including the people passing through reception and that we were on the third floor. This is because the sound bounces because the rooms face the inside of the hotel. The noise of the next rooms, the same. And not to mention the slamming people around.
In short, normal hotel, good value for money but could improve a lot. Enough for downtown Almeria, an area that has little to offer.
