I liked the hotel a lot in general, very large and spacious and very clean, the staff very pleasant, both reception and cleaners, as well as waiters, I must highlight Elisabeth who we ran into every day and was very attentive and pleasant. A lot of variety of food and everything was delicious, my sister had problems with SIBO and the truth is they were very attentive regarding the gluten issue and everything... if something wasn't there, you would ask for it and they would bring it to you right away... the entertainment was very good and they were very friendly, we had a super good time. The zumba girl, which is what I did the most, was spectacular. My room had a bathtub and it was hard for me to get in and out because I have had surgery, and they changed me right away to another one with a shower, they even gave me the option to choose which side I wanted it on. I recommend it 100%, I will return.

It is a very crowded hotel, almost exclusively oriented towards families with children. If you are traveling as a couple or with friends, do not even think about coming here. The main problem is that there are absolutely lines for everything: for check-in, check-out, and for each of the meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner). To enter the dining room, one must endure a long wait. Once inside, the food is very limited; although there are better and worse options like everywhere, the variety is scarce and the quality is quite mediocre. The only positive aspect is the rooms: they are spacious and comfortable. Aside from that, I find it to be a very mediocre hotel and do not consider it to be a good establishment.
