After 7 days of accommodation and 2 days before leaving the hotel, a girl at the pool asks me for my room card, I think she is the pool manager, and she explains to me that I have all-inclusive and that I do not have to pay for anything. I am really leaving disappointed since I have been paying for coffee, water, tea, donuts, and absolutely everything since no one explained anything to me when I made the reservation.
With the ALL-INCLUSIVE you do not pay, I hope my comment is useful to someone.

We just arrived from spending a week at the hotel and honestly we did not like it....
The positive: It must be highlighted that the complex is very well-maintained and clean, the rooms are also clean, and the mattresses are very comfortable.
The negative part: the system for ordering is by means of a card (if they do not swipe your card they do not serve you, so imagine how comfortable that is if you feel like having a drink at the pool bar...) it is horrible, plus every other minute it gets demagnetized and you have to go to the front desk.
The slides, only one has an adequate slope, the other two you get stuck on, so it is not fun at all, and the pool where they end is very small and gets filled with children and parents who go down the slides.
If you go with children older than 6/7 years old, they are too small for them and they get bored.
The snack time for the standard all-inclusive: both at the pool bar and at the lobby bar there are only snacks, Lays, or leftovers from the buffet.
If you want to have a snack it is from 5-7 PM and in the buffet, and logically you cannot go in swimwear.... And it is very far from the swimming area.
The food: it is of good quality and tasty, the bad thing is that it is repetitive in the end and you end up eating the same thing all the time.
We will definitely not return.

We stayed for 5 nights at this hotel and one must be realistic and fair in one's opinion. From the beginning they treated us very well, attending to our needs; my husband has claustrophobia regarding elevators and they gave us a room on the ground floor so he wouldn't have to climb stairs; they treated us great from the start.
Pool: the slides are the main attraction for children and adults; our 7-year-old son enjoyed it a lot and the pool doesn't get overcrowded because it is large and we liked it a lot, although it needs some cleaning on the edges, which were green.
Food: despite the bad reviews we had read, it seemed to us that there is a lot of variety and the food was very good; they have good cooks.
Staff: it is the best thing about this hotel; all the staff from reception to housekeeping deserve praise. We want to highlight the unbeatable treatment from Alex V., who treated us as if we were his family, always attentive and always with great professionalism. The entertainers, Almu, Irene, Chema, Ana... have stolen our son's heart.
Condition of the hotel: the hotel needs a renovation; although the garden is very well maintained, the facilities are old, especially the rooms, the mattresses are soft, you sink into them, old bathrooms... and in general it needs a facelift.
The air conditioning in the dining room and common areas is nonexistent, but to be fair, we complained to the hotel and they told us that they had had a breakdown at the beginning of the season and the repair of the parts was taking longer than expected. It is true that having dinner was unbearable due to the stifling heat and constantly sweating.
But otherwise, in general, we liked it and it is totally recommended.
