Almeria Plaza Suite

It is a 4-star hotel in theory. In practice, a superior 3-star. Well located and with very spacious rooms; but the furniture is old. The best part, the extra-large beds. The worst part, having a bathtub. It was quite difficult for me to get in and out. Also the uncomfortable location of the toilet paper holder. The food, average. One should expect more from a 4-star hotel. As is usually the case, the best part is the staff. Fernanda in housekeeping and Inma in the buffet were lovely and efficient. The cafeteria staff, the same. Anyway, it has been a good stay.

The hotel and services were exceptional. My complaint is for the spa. We booked it in advance... the day we accessed it... surprise... half of the jets do not work, it is cold in all the rooms, rooms closed and unused... there are only the jets that do not work, the sauna, and the cold room. The circuit with few jets and once again cold. The two jacuzzis were dirty, full of dirt, and to top it off, a receptionist who only speaks with a look of displeasure without offering any solution... in short, money thrown away...

This was our third visit in 12 months. Love the hotel, the staff and the food. Breakfasts are the best☺️ Every mealtime excellent choices. We now have to shed the pounds😂 Lovely rooms clean linen and towels and beds xtra comfy, all hotel areas kept clean and tidy.Quiet Hotel which we prefer. Good entertaiment team especially Happy Boy who could speak most languages and music always around the pool. No sunbed wars here!! Mostly spanish holidaymakers, which we prefer, but sometimes entertainment is difficult to understand. We look forward to our next visit. This is our Happy Place !
