A group of people entered who had no limits; they smoked joints in front of the children, threw my daughter into the water, made bets at the bar, played music at full volume, creating an astonishing sense of insecurity. I informed Natalia, who replied via email that she saw no signs to call the law enforcement. I inform you, Miss Natalia, that smoking prohibited substances in public places is a crime and/or an administrative sanction. We will not return; we felt uncomfortable, unsafe, and the hotel staff looked the other way. One drunk person was wandering around the hotel, they took food from the buffet, and on the first day they arrived, they already had an altercation at the buffet. It was embarrassing, and regarding Miss Natalia, I reiterate, NOT EVERYTHING IS ACCEPTABLE. On the other hand, I want to thank Carlos for making our stay a little less unpleasant. I insist on not recommending this place to users with small children, as if individuals of this category return, they will do the same, looking the other way. They threw stones down the stairwell, shouted, sang at dawn, and the hotel did nothing. Everything I am telling you is an understatement. I insist and reiterate, NOT everything is acceptable, and I know the law, Miss Natalia, and I insist again that you did nothing to remedy what happened. I prohibited my children from going barefoot due to the number of cigarette butts on the floor.

Everything was terrible, from the staff to the food to the facilities; it was a place to forget.

The food was always the same; if you like croquettes, macaroni, and turkey steaks, this is your place. In the all-inclusive plan, you only have 3 types of drinks. The cleanliness was dreadful. Since I entered on Saturday, there has been a scratch on the terrace floor, and it is still here, and today is Monday. The television had only 1 channel. You only have all-inclusive until 11:00 PM, and they have a parking lot that, after charging you €10 per day, they do not take responsibility for what happens to the vehicle since they do not have cameras. I WILL NEVER RETURN. 4 stars, why????
