Very disappointed. We booked here the day before and got only an email an 10:30 on the day of arrival that the booking was cancelled. The owner claims he closed for maintenance work and “forgot” to close the booking. However on his websites booking was still open and available afterwards. At least next time please CALL your customers if you cancel last minute, don’t just send an email!
