There are several details to develop... But the first, which may help others make a decision, is that it is not a 4-star hotel; the attention and quality received are not in line with that. You pay to have this and, as much as possible, to be attended to with care. Check-in in 1 minute and check-out in 20 seconds, and then you pay. Not even a simple inquiry about how the stay was or a wish for a good trip.... In short. Simple buffet, repeated dinner and food; if there are few people in the hotel, there is little food. I pay the same whether there are 3 people or 300 people, but I do not receive the same service. Closed and dirty pools compared to the open ones. And the room.... Cleanliness is nonexistent, with little detail... There are better options in the area, especially next door, which is also a 4-star hotel but truly so. Thank you

Hello everyone , after reading these reviews I thought ....I will write a counter message after our experience . We had a very nice holiday here, the room / bathroom was neat and clean ( every day again ). Clean glasses and the fridge was on in the room so you could keep some things right. You only had to ask nicely ( as it should be as a guest ) and we were served at our beck and call, such as extra coffee and replenishing the toilet articles . Thank you room ladies! Very sweet staff who greeted us every day and were friendly. Similarly at the reception , we in defective Spanish ( hilarious ) they thought it was very clever that we did this and gave us their patience to have it done! After all, this is how you learn the language. Restaurant was neat , food was good and every day something different .( Don't get that people can say it wasn't enough ), okay if you like little then it always gets tricky anywhere and this has nothing to do with the food in the hotel .... Good Spanish food, fish, meat, vegetables and a lot more (many Spanish guests which we liked very much) we like it. The breakfast was also well taken care of and the staff very friendly, what you give you will get back, appreciate the people then they appreciate you too. The choice was huge, from div yogurts, div fruit, div cold cuts, div cheeses, bread/rolls in all kinds, geb ei, scrambled eggs, omelets, pancakes, tasty juices, coffee, tea milk etc etc. Pool was clean (every day the vacuum cleaner in and the leaf or insects were fished out. The pool (tikkibar was open ( in the for season ) and the menu was ample in terms of choices. Fine bartenders / women and also brought it to you without us asking for it .the striker sports bar was also good in our eyes , nice snack menu but also delicious ribs and other larger meals . We also went to the spa 3 times during our stay, with an extremely sweet lady who gave good explanations and guided us neatly with how it works in their spa. 1.5 hours stay in the relax spa, was the time to kindly come into the spa to tell us that we could quietly finish what we were doing and then shower and get dressed. Thank you for that Mrs. Mari Carmen , enjoyed the relaxation and our cozy chats . There are many others who have not experienced all this so much may have had little respect by Spanish standards . Tip : Abroad it goes the way they do it, respect that you don't get everything done ala minute because there are more guests than you alone during your holiday in a hotel. They do everything you ask but have some patience then it will be really good, and don't make a mosquito an elephant if it's not settled quickly enough in your eyes.
