APARTAMENTOS NEPTUNO

Disappointed this year, July 2026: worse food and bad attitude at the pool. As customers from last year, this time we were disappointed. The quality of the food has dropped noticeably. The pool area is not great either: it looks dirty and has some yellow graffiti. To top it off, the treatment from the blonde lifeguard is unacceptable. When closing the pool, she rushes us by saying, "come on, I have to go home." She has zero empathy and should get that checked out. Far from informing us correctly about the facility's schedule, pool rules, etc., she calls attention to herself with a very unpleasant tone of voice, and orders customers to leave the place with derogatory, humiliating, and totally disproportionate treatment (she literally kicked us out in a rude manner). We perfectly understand that there are schedule and safety rules that must be followed. However, as guests staying at this hotel, we have the right to receive respectful and dignified treatment from all staff, something that this employee completely violated by lacking the minimum standards required in customer service. Customer service, in case you do not know: Offer friendly service and resolve incidents or conflicts between guests with professionalism.

Special mention to the entertainment team: Fabián, Maxi, Ana, Mar, and Carmen because thanks to them these have been my best vacations. Good atmosphere and varied dynamic activities and with a lot of enthusiasm!!! A diva is brave...!!!!

Good hotel, everything very clean, very friendly workers, very functional and spacious rooms (two-bedroom apt.), half board with drinks included, good entertainers. Good family atmosphere. Highly recommended.
