The hotel was great, especially our waiter Bader from the La Calma bar. Always attentive, friendly, and with a smile.

Lounge with too many people for too little capacity. Terrible food and little variety, bad fruit, unripe and inedible. The cooks mixed the tongs for meat and fish, and the flavors got mixed up. Little variety of desserts. The mattresses sink. I went to tell the manager, and he did not provide a solution. They brought in 3 buses from the incerso to the hotel with such little capacity.

It is a comfortable hotel, very well located, with very polite, attentive, and helpful staff. The meals are varied, and every day for both lunch and dinner there is a spoon dish, vegetables, and a salad buffet. We have been going for several years, we have booked the all-inclusive plan, there is an exclusive bar area for this plan at one of the pools, very pleasant. The only drawback for us is that they do not provide lactose-free yogurts or sugar-free ice cream. In general, a good place for a quiet, fun, and enjoyable vacation. Finally, I would like to mention the entertainment team, from José, their choreographer, who changes the night performances a bit each season, to all its members, and this summer a very special congratulations to Marta, "our little Galician," who is getting married at the end of summer. The reason we return every year is for a reason.
