HOTEL TORRECERREDO

We stayed here for 4 nights on a walking holiday. We absolutely loved our stay. The hotel is a beautiful location and the staff are all so friendly and helpful. But I have to say the food is wonderful, really special. I enjoyed every meal, Chef Nico is very talented! Thanks to all the team for making us feel so welcome and looked after.

Of the worst experiences we've ever had. A single plug in the entire room and none in the bathroom, something totally incomprehensible today. When we discussed it, the answer was that since we had booked the cheapest room, it was what was there. Pretty unpleasant and unprofessional treatment. The light of the room once turned off is very dimly lit. For those who struggle to sleep it is already an inconvenience. Breakfast acceptable, but also left much to be desired in terms of the products that ran out and were not replenished. Very poor value for money and zero interest in improving the customer experience.

We stayed two people with our greyhounds at this hotel last weekend in October. The experience could not be better. From the location, a 3 minute walk from the center of Arenas but also away between cows and with stunning views, to the accommodation itself. Simple room but with everything you need to rest. Comfortable bathroom with super hot water!!! The temperature of the perfect room. Amazing breakfast, with natural products, from home and excellent service and quality. But best of all is the staff. Watch out for anything, friendly and professional... a 10!!! To repeat without a doubt. Large parking in the same hotel, and being let to bring our 4-legged companions is the most.
