Vetusta

Three-star hotel that is completely rusted. We were two couples in two rooms, and both had the same characteristics. They do not comply. With the offered services. There is no air conditioning. According to what they say, it broke down, but they did not fix it in six days. We could not make use of it. From our room one afternoon. Because they were supposedly fixing it, which was not the case. Because we did not have it. They provided us with a tabletop fan. Thanks to that. We were able to poorly endure the 39 degrees that were outside. The street is super noisy. There is construction right in front; you have to open the windows. Because if not, you suffocate from the heat. And with a lot of noise from cars at the corner, there is a bar where people shout all night. The cistern and hairdryer were broken; we were lucky they fixed them. Frayed towels. Broken furniture. Dirty carpet. For all that, upon entering the room, there is a stale smell. What needs to be done is to open all the windows to let it air out. In 6 days, the sheets were not changed. The customer pays and does not receive what was contracted.

We were very happy with our stay at the Hotel Vetusta. It was good value - a very clean room, a comfortable bed, very friendly staff. An excellent location, close to the park and the old town and within easy reach of the railway and bus stations.
