Poor accessibility. There are many stairs to reach the reception. They did not notify us. They offer help neither upon arrival nor at departure. It is a pet-friendly hotel, but they do not have any services. There is no area in the cafeteria to be with the pet; you have to stay outside while you have breakfast because the pet cannot be left alone in the room (which I wouldn't do even for a 1.5 kg puppy). They also do not have the mandatory no-pet sign. The room and bathroom are outdated.

With stunning views of the city of Oviedo.... . Nice room, very clean and gracefully decorated. Friendly and diligent Service, we were treated phenomenal. Breakfast can be improved. Lots of stairs until you get to the hotel.

A house with very nice views of Oviedo, is about 2 kilometers up in a bush, to go towards the center you need car, we were very quiet and everything very well, the house is very well surrounded by garden and good terrace with good views, Alejandro is super friendly and anything advises you, the only bad thing is that to go down to the house there are many wooden stairs and you have to go very carefully , but certainly if we go there we will come back, everything very clean.
