Total deception. A New Year's Eve with a nonexistent party, charged as I reported in previous reviews, and where no one responded to me or apologized for what happened. If other people do not protest to defend their interests, that is their problem; our experience prevents such deceptions from happening again.

Landmark place. Much better the surroundings and castle than the rooms. Very uncomfortable to get to, many stairs and very narrow.

Good morning, as I always tell everyone what you follow me, this is my humble opinion to help other travelers and always comparing price, quality and service. It's New Year's Eve. My wife and I were at the Palacio Castillo de Valdés. In Salas, to say what the building as you can see in many reviews is spectacular. We came with dinner, accommodation and party, total 320€, say what dinner was excellent, the treatment by Aurelio excellent, but the shadows arise when you put a Party and this did not exist on a date like New Year's Eve. The party as you will see in my photos had a price of 35€/person what was inesiste, since having known I come with dinner and accommodation and we saved 70€. Informed this morning the manager Aurelio tells me that I am right, but he can not do anything and will inform the management. I hope you will have the delicacy to contact me, because things like this put the work well done. Honestly I was very disappointed. Thank you.
