Hotel Avenida Real

My stay at Hotel Avenida Real has been very good. I went with my son and the experience has been very pleasant from the first moment. The staff was excellent, always attentive and friendly, making us feel very comfortable at all times. The room was very clean and very comfortable, ideal for resting. The location is also very good to move around Villaviciosa and enjoy the area. Definitely a highly recommended hotel, especially if traveling with children. We would repeat without hesitation.

He had been once in 2011 and had a fond memory. I come back now and I have no regrets. Attention can't be kinder. The room is simple but sufficient. The location, central but within walking distance of a new area where it is easy to park. For me, the only catch was the lack of elevator. The breakfast is included in the room. They have their own confectionery. They recommended the croissant, which they make, and it was delicious. For tourists in Asturias is a highly recommended option.

The receptionist will give you a warm welcome when you check in. The room was rather small and rustic. Also the bathroom is not the largest and already a few years old. But everything is clean and cozy. The hotel is super central. Also the Camino del Norte is right around the corner, for us as pilgrims of course also important. As a surprise, the property offers a voucher for breakfast for the cafe around the corner. However, we have not redeemed this.
