Hotel Spa Zen Balagares

I have been there several times and on this occasion it disappointed me a little: the air conditioning did not work, the roller blinds had broken cords and could not be raised, it was very hot in the room, the bathroom door kept getting stuck and it was hard to get out, there were globs of adhesive on the wall to hold wiring, the room was very small, I think I got the bad room of the hotel.... The buffet breakfast, as always, a little bit of everything. Dinner was a bit scarce... The spa is highly recommended. A pity about the room 😞

We booked a spa and tasting menu for a bachelorette party. The food leaves much to be desired, a simple pasta (which looks like they threw in everything that was left over from the day before), bad meat, and not enough of it. Decent rice pudding. The bread was two days old. Service was correct, but slow, considering there were only 3 small tables and it is a set menu. The spa was overcrowded, and many jets were not working. The duration was very short, only 75 minutes. No one explains the order in which it should be done (although with so many people it was going to be complicated). They don't even have the courtesy to give you a simple juice, and the water from the fountain in the locker room comes out hot.

We booked food and spa for some friends; the food should be embarrassing, some macaroni overcooked from being reheated so much, hot on top and cold on the bottom, the main course was average, and dessert was fine. The spa was dirty, old, and many jets didn't work; it's not worth anything, now the kicker was the price at €75 per person for some overcooked macaroni.
