It all looks really nice, but no. I do not advise at all to book in this place, two days after our reservation was cancelled and without any explanation. If you allow yourselves in that brazenness, I don't want to imagine what else you might be capable of. Words are too much

We were a large group of friends. We chose the big house to meet although at bedtime we had to use one of the semi-detached houses as there were not enough rooms in a single house. The houses are perfectly equipped with household items and furniture and even cleaning products and supplies. We had some reservations in case it was cold but it was great. The underfloor heating provided a very pleasant temperature throughout the house. The only thing that was somewhat fresh was the kitchen, which is in the basement. Logically, in semi-detached houses you have to be careful with the issue of noise and coexistence with the rest of the occupants. It has large common areas and small gardens around the homes. It has a swimming pool, although logically we do not enjoy it on these dates, and sports courts. It is a stone's throw from Gijón and very close to the A-8 exit. The only drawback is that since there is no 24-hour reception, it is necessary to coordinate the arrival time with Jose Manuel. Even so, he made sure that there was a maintenance person ready to receive us and open the houses for us. Otherwise all great.

We have gone 6 days as a family with the dog and were delighted with the house, the treatment with the owner and the maintenance man! The beautiful house and the incredible views. A quiet place and we have been delighted. I recommend that if you are looking for parties or barbecues at night, look for houses that are far away and not these types of houses that are all together and what is valued is the silence and the peace that is breathed. I have fallen in love with that place and with Asturias in general. I recommend it 100x100!!!
