Tryp Oviedo

Fine hotel nice centrally located for visit Oviedo. Across the street, the partly car-free centre begins. Garage under hotel. This was not so easy to see from the busy street. Garage was very tight for larger car. Cost € 14 per day. Friendly reception at reception. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Spacious bathroom with all amenities. Great beds. Breakfast buffet spacious and good products.

Although I explicitly requested a quiet room multiple times during the booking, I was assigned a room on the noisiest side (intersection) of the hotel, facing directly onto the main street, almost as if they wanted to annoy me on purpose. This is proof of how seriously they take their guests. I do not understand the criteria by which hotels in Spain award their stars. Even an average two-star hotel in Turkey is more luxurious, cleaner, and has attentive staff who are more professional and friendly. The rooms are not cleaned, the beds are old, the doors are falling apart and squeaking, they do not even close properly, and you can hear everyone passing by the door. I can say that Hotel Exe Oviedo Centro is the worst four-star hotel I have ever stayed in. If I come to Oviedo again, I will definitely not stay in this hotel again and I will not recommend it to anyone. That is my opinion.
