Auseva

Hotel Auseva is a rather old-fashioned budget hotel, but shortly put: it delivers everything that you need and expect. The rooms are a bit small, but clean. The bathroom facilities may be a bit old as well, but overall hygiene is good. Best aspect about the hotel is its great value for money. Only thing I miss is a fridge in the room and maybe airconditioning (although it cools.down nicely in the evening). The village of Covadonga is crowded in the daytime (lots of Spanish tourists) but turns into a ghost town in evening (though you can still go out to eat...all by yourself).

The hotel has a good location if you visit Covadonga for its nature and trekking/hiking. The room was clean and good. The breakfast was included. The staff was friendly and helpfull. In addition, there was a free car parking and a restaurant just around the corner. Place for budget travelling!
