El Carmen

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. I went with my family and I loved the tranquility and the treatment from all the staff. Every detail was very well taken care of. Both the hotel and the main house are phenomenal. I found the main house to be very beautiful and cozy. Also, just a step away from the beaches.

I just stayed at this hotel and the first thing to highlight is the good service from the staff and the cleanliness. We were on half board, breakfast was quite acceptable and dinners were very meager, I think they can be improved quite a bit. As for the room, it was very small without air conditioning and without a place to store our things, a small closet and very little space in general, a very uncomfortable mattress and pillows too.

Hello, this week we have enjoyed the facilities of the Hotel El Carmen. It was the 40th year we stayed at this hotel where we highlighted: -- The staff: cleaners, waitresses, reception and of course Moses (the director). -- EXCELLENT BREAKFAST BUFFET highlighting natural orange juice and homemade cake. -- Staying in 1/2 board...homemade and very rich dinner. -- We stayed in the Hab. 105 (BEST of the hotel) for the orientation, very spacious and with whirlpool bath. The hypolute room. -- VERY SPACIOUS and SAFE parking. In SUMMARY, VERY ADVISABLE hotel... we will definitely repeat.
