We came with a tour group of 30 people. For the first dinner, we were served a pasta salad with a dead fly in it. When cleaning the glasses and cups, the napkins would turn brown from the dirt.
Second dinner: fish that tasted strange and a fideuá with a hair in it, and another one with a dead fly. Then, for dessert, another person found a dead fly.
Third meal: they served chicken in bad condition; you could smell it was rotten from far away.
Dirty rooms. Stained sheets and towels; they don't change them. Dirty and non-functional bathtub. Room full of hair and dust.
In the end, despite our complaints, they did nothing and we all ended up buying food from outside.
