Stately building with beautiful decor, beautiful room, very spacious, with bath, something that is very valuable during the camino. There is also a spa (paying) The reception is a bit too impersonal and cool for me.

We went to this hotel with a gift voucher intended for relaxation. The package included a 50-minute massage with a chocolate wrap, but our experience was far from what we expected. We entered the treatment almost 10 minutes late, and still, it ended at the scheduled time. The massage itself lasted barely between 10 and 15 minutes. Additionally, the people who attended to us seemed to be in training. We find it positive that there are staff members learning, but we consider it essential that there is adequate supervision to ensure quality service. At night, there was a wedding at the hotel, and when we were already sleeping, they started launching fireworks for about 15 minutes at 11:45 PM. The explanation we were given was that they could do it until midnight, but no one informed us in advance that there would be fireworks. It is particularly disappointing when the stay was supposed to be focused on rest and relaxation. The most concerning thing is that the fireworks were launched very close to where our car was parked. We were informed that there was a security perimeter, but we find it hard to believe, as we had to leave the room and go down to the parking lot to check that everything was fine after hearing several car alarms going off. When we went to the front desk that night, the receptionist barely reacted and offered only a very superficial apology. The next day we filed a complaint. The receptionist who assisted us was friendly and professional, but the director's attitude was the complete opposite: we did not receive a single apology for the inconveniences caused. Their response was limited to stating that they could carry out that activity and showing a lack of empathy and professionalism. The most frustrating thing is that, in addition to the poor management at the moment, the complaint we filed received no subsequent response from the hotel. Not a single explanation, not an apology, nor any type of follow-up. This lack of interest in resolving issues and attending to customers demonstrates a concerning absence of professionalism. In short, we came seeking a restful and wellness experience and found a spa service far below what was contracted, a night interrupted by fireworks, and a completely unsatisfactory handling of complaints. An experience that, unfortunately, we would not recommend.

Today, March 7, I am at a dance dinner where the group Assia performs, with a group of friends who are also regulars and everything was going well until I just saw a comparative grievance that we did not like anything, I know that the bar has to flow and the drinks for the hotel also but dinner is not cheap ( 50 e.) Because of a beard and why do you leave cider and water on tables and we don't even have water? FEISIMO, if you take it away from each other too and we are regulars but I don't think we're... There are many dance dinners out there....that we pay less than the others? You didn’t even put or order the bottle of red wine when others order up to 3 bottles... and oak takes away our water???? FATAL, FEISIMO...
