Cortijo Santa Cruz Hotel

Totally disappointing experience. We arrived at the hotel at 11:00 PM and discovered that the establishment itself was holding a wedding with music and unbearable noise next to the rooms. They changed our room, but it was exactly the same. At 11:30 PM we had to leave because it was impossible to rest. The most serious thing is that the hotel knew it was going to hold that event and continued selling rooms without warning the guests. We tried to look for other accommodation and there was no availability, so we were forced to drive to Seville at dawn, exhausted and assuming a completely avoidable risk. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking to rest.

Just a few lines to thank the hotel team for the great treatment. Starting with the reception team, very friendly, correct, helpful. In cafeteria, Nuria, Quique, always attentive, friendly, detail. Nice to meet you. I don’t want to forget my great friend, with whom I talked about that good wine, wine that I chased and in the end I found, thanks for the advice, and for the good recommendations of the letter. The rooms are clean. Comfortable beds. The facilities, as they need to be. I loved the bean stew, the cod toast, the burger, and of course, that the menu is worth it. Great place. Thank you very much. Like home. A big hug.

I really liked it. I'll start with the staff. They were very attentive and friendly, especially the lady at reception and the cafeteria, who made you feel right at home. As for the hotel, it was very clean and quiet. The only downside was the water pressure was a little weak. I missed the mini toothpaste (which I forgot!). Hahaha) and eggs for breakfast although there was everything. The pool was great for cooling off in the heat. Overall very good and I will return. Ah! The price...great.
