Hotel Los Templarios

We called on April 8 at noon to see if they made menus for Resurrection Sunday (they said yes, but they were waiting for the management to inform them that afternoon or the next day), they took note of our name and phone number. The next day I called again in the afternoon to see if they had commented on anything (they told us in a tone "of being heavy" that we would not worry because they would already warn us, that according to what they knew they would communicate them to all those who had taken note of us), the days have passed and we are still waiting for the call or WhatsApp. It seems to me a lack of professionalism and little desire to work from the reception (of the two girls who attended us one day and the next day was their partner), knowing that you have to book everything well in advance are entertaining you and do not give you security to be able to book with them or with others (if they do not).

The hotel for having 3 stars is in very poor condition. The rooms are dated and run down. The appearance of the bathroom with the painted tiles and many of them without paint gives a feeling of neglect. They put us in a room where the bathroom cistern sounded like a truck was passing by. Thinking about our rest, we asked for a room change. They gave us a room in a hallway that was under construction, with towels thrown on the floor of the hallway, the appearance was abandoned. The room smelled horrible, they had an unplugged refrigerator above where we were supposed to leave our suitcases. To make matters worse, in the hotel restaurant they had the music blaring until almost 2 in the morning and the restaurant windows open. We called the reception to complain about the music and they practically told us to suck it up, that the music would be on until 1, but it wasn't true, it was like that until almost 2 in the morning. I do not recommend going to this hotel, I am sure that in Jerez de los Caballeros there are better places to stay.

We are a group of 46 people from the Cigarreras de Cádiz association. It was sent in writing that we were bringing a lady who was allergic to several things. This woman has been eating nothing but tortilla for two days, as Hera was the only thing they gave her. The last day he said if they could change the menu and put a grilled filet, well they put it back to TORTILLA, I think these important issues should be taken into account and the hotel is also charging for it.
