Confortel Badajoz

It is regrettable to spend a night at the hotel, my daughter had an accident in the shower, a piece of the bathtub glass broke, she had to go to the hospital, she received over 30 stitches on her buttocks and arm, I left there without the insurance policy number, they asked me to send an email with the hospital report, I sent it, they replied that they would send me the policy number, until today, nothing, I have already sent 4 emails to the director (Czambrano) and still nothing, regrettable

Excellent hotel, fantastic beds, very comfortable, spacious room, great bathroom. The pool is very good, large and with warm water. I highly recommend it.

Hotel needs a complete refurbishment, while the rooms are clean & cleaned daily by excellent housekeeping staff, the curtains in the room were torn & very worn. The reception staff were extremely helpful & friendly & nothing was too much trouble for them. However the restaurant staff well that's a different story, om our first day we went for lunch (food excellent) some of the staff were standing with their backs to the customers & one was even chewing gum, made absolutely no attempt to try speak English & it was like everything was trouble for them, but on Monday 24th August the restaurant manager was going around banging dishes into the cart making as much noise as possible i asked for a cup of hot water he told me to get it from the machine which I couldn't work not a bit helpful, there was one member of staff a lovely tall girl who was very friendly spoke to us in english & apologies as she said her english was not good but it was she was the only member of the restaurant staff that was helpful & nice to us. unfortunately we won't be returning to this hotel if you have guest staying in your hotel that doesn't speak English ( I don't speak Spanish but I tried) or whatever language please make some attempt 😉
