Old, dirty, with a pack of cats right at the door. The restaurant bathrooms are an allegory for filth. And it's better not to even talk about the rooms.

The cafeteria is pathetic. Everything is super dirty, better not to even enter the bathrooms. The coffee is watery and terrible. They have many dishes to choose from and the staff is friendly.

Very bad experience at the Hotel Romero in Mérida. The reception was very unpleasant and I felt treated differently because of my origins, which I experienced as racism. The staff showed neither respect nor professionalism. In addition to that, the price is much too high compared to the quality of the services offered. The value for money is very disappointing. I do not recommend this establishment and I will not return.
