After calling the hotel and after they confirmed availability, I received a message from the agency indicating that my reservation was canceled due to overbooking. They completely left me stranded, without providing any alternatives or solutions, and I was with a minor. The hotel claimed that the agency "knew since 9 that there were no rooms," which proved to be a worthless excuse since my call was at 11, two hours later, and it was the receptionist who confirmed my reservation and availability. After complaining, they told me they would try to find a solution, but they only offered excuses without alternatives. Two days later, I still have no responses or alternatives.

Great hotel with in easy reach of Badalona and Barcelona. Prior to arriving the staff were very quick at answering any concerns we had and made notes on our room info about my daughter who has an allergy. The staff at breakfast were really helpful, noting her allergy at breakfast and preparing her an omelette each morning. The breakfast options were really good offering lots of choice and changing daily. The rooms were spotless and cleaned to a high standard daily. I really liked that the mini bar options were reasonably priced if you needed something although did not want to venture out. Very comfortable beds. Would definitely return if coming back to the area.
