Although its location came to us phenomenal and we were allowed to stay 4 nights in a triple room at no extra cost, the dirt on the walls of the room, holes, curtains also stained and holed, dirty and worn bathrooms and in short, the state of idleness of the whole hotel in general, made our experience somewhat unpleasant. As a positive detail the friendliness of the staff, the free closed parking and the contained price, but all that does not compensate for feeling uncomfortable in a hotel room.

Bad experience, rude staff and zero help We arrived at the hotel As Porta de Barcelona at 20:46 after a long journey, tired and with a little girl. The receptionist Carla immediately told us that our reservation was for the next day. A mistake may happen, but what is unacceptable was his arrogant and unhelpful attitude. I asked if it was possible to reverse the dates or find a solution, but she just offered us a room for one night for 140€, without any help or empathy. Booking, which we contacted immediately, tried to resolve the issue by calling the property directly, but Carla refused to cooperate, claiming that there were no rooms available — which is hard to believe, as no one arrived in those minutes and the phone never rang. Plus, she's been rude to my wife and daughter, which is behavior that shouldn't exist in a hotel. A very bad Welcoming that made me leave indignant. Never again in this place.
