Thank you very much for the birthday gift of champagne, which we received as a surprise from you. We were very pleased with everything, attentive, helpful team.The location is excellent, everything is within walking distance.

Location very good. That said, I probably wouldn’t stay here again and choose to stay in a smaller neighbirhood, and one with a workout room onsite ,not down the street, plus a pool. (My fault for not noticing). Choices, choices. We were there during the heat wave! And their air conditioning worked very well. Breakfast buffett was good, I’d recommend upgrading the coffee machine. We couldn’t figure out the best way to get a drink in the bar. Oh, we also had to ask for our room to be made up a couple of times ( out of 5 nights) snce it wasn’t done while we were out for several hours. Wifi as kind of pitiful, they say they are working on it. Guido was an outstanding example of customer service, something that was missing in other staff members there. Management: I’d pay attention to this. This was our 5th hotel in Spain, and not our favorite I’m sorry to say.

Beautiful hotel in an excellent location, situated just a few meters from the Gothic Quarter, La Rambla, and Casa Batlló. The staff is very courteous and helpful; even though I did not speak English or Spanish, they supported me by speaking in Italian. The room is very nice and clean, equipped with all necessary accessories (hairdryer, toothbrushes, Nespresso machine). In the shower, they also provide excellent shower gel. Beautiful experience
