Our experience started in a bad way… after reaching the venue my husband went inside the hotel to confirm that we were at the right place so there was this receptionist Jasmin who was rude and not at all helpful. She asked my husband to wait because she was doing some paperwork although he said that the taxi was waiting. Finally after confirmation that it was the right hotel we went inside again there were two persons at the reception one was attending other guests but Jasmin who should have attended us kept us waiting Jasmin said we have to wait till her paperwork was done we kept waiting but finally Nabil was free and attended us.Jasmin was very was rude to us. We were not happy with our room. Twin beds were on wheel which kept shifting. No water coffee tea sachet etc was provided. The hotel is about 10 minutes walking distance to the nearest railway station. There is a huge mall nearby which was very good. Nabil at the reception was definitely very helpful.

Very good service from the café/bar team. Especially from David and the team. Very pleasant and friendly, as well as quick and professional. Very pleasant!!
