Very kind staff, bright and spacious room, good breakfast and perfect location

I booked a room with a balcony for 6 nights. Fantastic location, lovely room. Surprised to find no coffee machine even though i did query this but it was not followed up. Also no complimentary small bottle of wine which i also queried and no one bothered to bring one to my room. What i found surprising which other hotels in other countries have always done is to atleast acknowledge my birthday which I was celebrating alone during my stay. No one asked at any time if everything was to my satisfaction, not even a greeting when entering the room. This did not ruin my stay in Barcelona however it would have only enhanced it to make me want to return to this hotel. Disappointed in attention to detail for guests. These small gestures go a long way in maintaining an excellent reputation. In this area you have failed to impress.

I had an amazing stay here! I had the "Standard With Balcony" room. The room was clean and a great size, especially for Europe and the bed was super comfortable. I loved how the room also had a small fridge and full length mirror. The bathroom was great as well, lots of space. The balcony was amazing, had a good amount of space, a table and two chairs, and had an amazing view of the Sagrada Familia! The location is great and you are walking distance from so much plus there are metro stops and bus stops close by. The staff was friendly and helpful at check in. I would absolutely stay here again!
