Alimara Hotel

the menu is fine, but for 20 euros it is very meager, the portions are very small, it costs nothing to put a little more food on the plates, the menu is not cheap

The hotel's location is excellent, as it is found in a quiet and safe neighborhood, and a few steps from the metro line that takes you in 15 minutes to Paseo de Gracia and other points in the city center. We stayed 5 people in a spacious, clean, and comfortable family room. The attention from the hotel staff was excellent, as they guide you for your taxi transfers and car rentals.

I have been staying at this hotel for more than 4 years due to its proximity to the Vall d'Hebron Hospital. The maintenance is weak. I always find something. The thing that holds the toilet paper roll is always about to fall off. During my last stay I didn't have hot water and, furthermore, the person at the restaurant told me they wouldn't serve me because they had closed the kitchen. It was 3:02 PM and I am a long-time customer. He has the right not to serve me and I have the right to complain. They lack details like giving a free bottle of water upon arrival. I like this hotel less and less each time.
