All needs were catered for, all staff (from reception to cleaning staff) were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The hotel is beautiful, the breakfasts were phenomenal and the rooms were very clean and well equipped (welcome treats were a nice touch). Only slight disappointment was that we didn't get one of the renovated rooms, so we could tell our room had seen better days in terms of decor, but it was still beautifully presented. Also the AC was welcolmed everytime we returned from the Barcelona heat, but it was either freezer cold or off, with no happy medium!! These are both small niggles though and didn't affect our enjoyment. We would stay again in a heartbeat and highly recommend the hotel for anyone unsure. You won't regret it!
