I stayed 3 days with two friends, hotel with great location close to transport. Clean and cozy room, little soundproofed room. Friendly and helpful staff, especially patricia who welcomed us with a big smile. Experience that I recommend.

Very disappointing experience. Upon arrival in the room, the bathroom was in an unacceptable state, with obvious dirt. The only solution we were offered was for the receptionist to clean it, and we were confirmed that no other room was available. Faced with this situation, we had to leave the hotel, find other emergency accommodation, move to another area and assume additional expenses such as parking. Although they refunded the amount of the stay, they have disregarded the expenses arising from their error. Very unprofessional management for such a serious incident.

Absolutely love this hotel. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, the bedrooms lovely and the food full of flavour. We find the staff are friendly, attentive, and genuinely care about making your visit enjoyable. Five stars without hesitation. See you next year!
