Staff very mean and lacking professionalism

The worst customer service. I forgot an expensive item in the room. When i contacted the hotel by phone, they asked to send an email. 4 days later, They never answered it. When i called again they asked to come back to the hotel since i was still barcelona. When i get there, they make wait for 45 minutes only to tell me the cleaning team is busy... then they tell tell they didn't find it. I know i forgot it in the room. This honestly the worst experience i had at a hotel.
