Very fine but not a 4-star hotel. Doen smells of sewage, breakfast was missing a lot that is able to have as well as the eggs were a little tasteless. Not deep washed but only over surfaces etc. Something very positive is the shower, it was very much better than many places.

We were booked in at this hotel with Trip-a-Deal at the end of our Virgin Voyages cruise and as we wanted to spend an extra two days in Barcelona thought it simpler and more convenient to stay on at the same hotel. The reception staff were friendly and helpful and the common area was spotless and welcoming however the fridge in our room although switched on was not cold; the air-conditioner was so noisy that we had to turn it off to sleep and the grout in the shower base was in need of a good scrub and at $A845 for the two nights - not including breakfast - I certainly expected better.

Wonderful 3 nights in this hotel. Great breakfast and close to Sagrada where you can access HOHO easily . Only area for improvement is their pillows. Definitely need to invest in some quality pillows. We asked for 2 extra and even those were not adequate . Very flat pillows aren’t conducive to comfortable sleep ( at least not for us).
