Great location near LA Rambla, shopping and restaurants. There is a taxi station right outside the building and the metro station is right in the square. As a boutique hotel it has kept the old 1800's charm. We'll done! For the setting, the deluxe room was larger than expected. The breakfast was well worth the price. It was both a menu choice and a buffet. The room was clean and considering it was right on Placa Catalunya, noise level was good.

Excellent hotel, good location, delicious and varied breakfast. Good and renovated facilities. A plus, that it has access to a pool one block from the hotel. Exceptional service from Kenneth and Claudia at breakfast.

I stayed here for two nights and everything was great - the location in the centre of the city, the charming welcome at the reception, the room amenities and space, the cleanliness, the delicious breakfast as well as the exquisite Jamón ibérico and Pan con tomate in the evening. When one day back in Barcelona I definitely will again book a room in this marvellous house.
