Hostal Putxet

We had to leave the hotel at midnight. The air conditioning could not be turned off; it had ice droplets and mold, causing unbearable cold. The room was a danger: two outlets fell into our hands, and the walls were full of dampness. When we called, they turned a deaf ear and did not provide a solution, forcing us to leave at dawn. To make matters worse, when we called in the morning to clarify the situation, they attempted to charge us €30 for the repair of the outlet and the toilet lid. Those damages were already there before we arrived; in no case was it our fault. They are trying to scam us to cover their poor maintenance and blame us for their negligence. An absolute lack of respect, unsanitary facilities, and a shabby management. Avoid this place at all costs.

Small, expensive as a 4-star hotel, self-service, no fridge, poor location, not recommended, for the price I expected otherwise. For that price I have rented in better hotels. There are no bedside tables a folded chair, a low medium bed.

Room a bit small but for being all day out is fine. Excellent check in, our flight was landing at 1am so we were a bit worried of check in time. You can just click on the link the will send you via email and if few steps you can access the binding and the room.
