MERCURE AUGUSTA BARCELONA VALLES

Very 'cold' welcome! We were already warned about the special character of the population in cities such as Barcelona but for us it was about sleeping. No friendly staff at all. Especially at breakfast. The person who gave us a table was exactly furious, or stressed. I don't know. My 9-year-old daughter was even scared of her. It was very bizarre. Maybe no dark-skinned people were allowed here? Anyway, it was our first and last time.

Had another great experience with this lovely hotel. Near Barcelona and the circuit in yet also a rural setting. Delicious food and fine extensive breakfast buffet with a 10+ service from Angel, the friendly staff member, Room well clean and for us the favorite hotel in transit to Spain.

Hotel in passing, for work, if you travel by car is more than right. It is glued to the highway, overlooking the Montmeló circuit and therefore with customers who use the circuit (or so it seemed to me, because of its appearance). Free and very spacious parking area. Good facilities, I would emphasize the Gym, which has plenty of space and the machines are in good condition (in the vast majority of hotels they are very small and the machines are very deteriorated). Pool I didn't use, but it looked good. Breakfast buffet with good gender. Large room with good cleaning. I'd say it has a bar, but it only serves drinks. For dinner or lunch you have to enter the restaurant. In my case, most of the time I prefer to have something light for dinner, like a sandwich or snack, not go into the restaurant, even if you just order a plate... I say due because this hotel does not have a location that allows you to walk for drinks nearby and that Service should give it. I thought it was a little out of the way.
