NH La Maquinista

I celebrated my hen party at Catalonia La Maquinista with my bridesmaids, and the experience was just wonderful. We booked the spa package with food and everything exceeded our expectations. From the first moment we were made to feel very welcome, and the treatment was impeccable throughout the stay. We want to thank Clara especially, who was absolutely lovely, attentive and sweet throughout. He accompanied and guided us throughout the experience, making an already special day even more unforgettable. The hotel is beautiful, the spa area is relaxing and very well equipped, and they provide everything you need, so you don't have to worry about carrying anything. The food was great, really, all delicious and the service in the restaurant was excellent. Overall, all the staff are very friendly and professional. We felt taken care of in every detail and we all came away delighted with the experience. I'll definitely be back. A 5-star place, because the system does not allow to give more!

I was on a field trip with my class and enjoyed the dinner and breakfast service. Bad dinner with pasta served in blocks, cold and with sour tomato sauce. Typical local dishes not even the shadow. Cleanliness of the rooms perfect The staff had an incorrect behavior towards us, we withheld the bail not for damage to the structure but for noises occurred during the evening. I would not recommend the property also for the location, too far from downtown and museums.

A mess, they didn't give bail back even though we didn't do anything, the rooms dirty, the food was unbelievable, people smoking joints and didn't even speak English for tourists. I'll never go back and I hope you won't
