Unpleasant experience. Arrogant and unhelpful staff. Trades entirely on its location. AVOID.

A superb stay at this hotel. The location is ideal if you want to be close to both the beach and the city. The staff is smiling and always ready to help you. The room is functional, spacious, and clean. The AC works without any issues. I will return without hesitation!

First, it should be noted that the terrace is not reserved exclusively for guests. A part of the terrace is reserved for large external groups. Who also have to go through the second floor. The pool is unfortunately not particularly clean; anyone can use it. Towels are provided. When paying, you are pointed toward the option of leaving a tip. The lobby and the café are not separated from each other. Which disturbs lingering. The rooms are functional, but unfortunately not soundproof. The bed is uncomfortably hard. You can also hear the music from the pool all day long. I would not book here again and recommend that everyone think it over carefully.
