Nice stay, but disappointing airport pickup experience Overall, we’ve had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The room is nice, comfortable, clean, and well maintained. Everything else has been perfectly fine. The only issue was the airport pickup service. When we arrived, the immigration queue was quite long, and unfortunately, the hotel driver did not wait for us and left without picking us up. The delay was completely out of our control, as we were stuck in the immigration line. As a result, we had to pay extra for an Uber to get to the hotel, despite having arranged airport pickup in advance. I’m actually still staying at the same hotel and will be here for the next two days, so overall I’m happy with the stay. Hopefully, the rest of the experience continues to be just as good. Apart from the airport pickup issue, everything else has been good.

Clean, modern, friendly staff. Lovely rooftop bar. 1 hour of spa complimentary per day. I noticed a few negative reviews prior to staying which naturally put me off, but to be honest we couldn’t really understand them as everything for our stay was lovely. 10 minute walk to the beach/Sagrada Família, and metro nearby. Would recommend!

I was there with my wife for a Barcelona city visit. Timing was January so it was not very crowdy. Hotel was clean and safe and very nice. Breakfast was great as well. Pool and spa was small but cute and I liked it very much. Location is great since you have a metro nearby but you can walk to the attractions as well. Room was not very big but it was clean and nice. We used a Glovo for some dinner deliveries and it was functioning well. Overall this was very good value for the money.
