Hotel staff are thieves and dishonest - my daughter and friends stayed last weekend and she had ALL her purchases from a European trip stolen in one swoop, over $600 worth of gifts! No doubt a cleaner accessing the room. She omitted to lock her bag on this one occasion but frankly, the hotel should be accountable for their staff. Dishonest and preying on guests. Do not recommend. No response from hotel received!

The check in service was poor. The white haired lady was extremely slow in checking guests in. We waited for awhile to just get our keys. She would tell the guests to leave the counter area because she didn’t like having lots of people around her. My mother, our family friend, myself and other customers experienced extremely slow and inefficient service at the front desk. The room is lovely but the check in was definitely a test of our patience.

We are very disappointed with our stay. For a room at €230 per night, we expected much higher standards. There was neither a bottle of water nor coffee or tea available, and no courtesy items in the bathroom (cotton swabs, cotton pads, etc.). The night reception staff was unpleasant and unhelpful. When we simply asked for a carafe of water, we were told to drink the tap water from the bathroom, which is particularly disappointing given the room rate. The soundproofing of the room is also very poor. We could hear absolutely everything: people passing in the hallway, comings and goings to the elevator, doors opening and closing... It is difficult to rest under these conditions. Finally, the view was far from our expectations, mainly overlooking poles and metal structures. The only real positive point of this hotel remains its location. For the price paid, the value for money is clearly not there. We will not return to this establishment.
