AC Hotel Sants by Marriott

We stayed here on a quick stop over, literally we were here for 12 hours so the hotel was ideal. We had a room for 3, it was a bit tight for space but had a huge bathroom which was a full wet room. However, the water just ran everywhere! We appreciated the in room coffee machine and the gym is good. We had a strange experience at night in reception when a man came in shouting, something about the hotel being thieves. Staff said he does this every night but it was quite frightening. There’s a nice square close by for bars and restaurants, Plaça d’Osca. Taxi from the airport cost about €35. There is a lot of construction going on nearby.

Just one night in Barcelona, for a tour of/through Sagrada Familia. AC Sants was my hotel and I was impressed. From a friendly desk clerk to a really helpful bartender to the gregarious doorman, every person I interacted with was gracious and eager to please. Location is excellent if you arrive/depart by train (as I did), just a hundred meters from Barcelo Sants station. Room was perfect, I could not have gott better service. Thank you, very nice. Robert

We stayed for one night only after a long flight and needed to get back on a train next morning, staff at reception ok, room ok , small windows , the use of a bath good and kettle appreciated, location also close to 3 supermarkets with others within short walk, we walked into la rambla approx 30 minutes walk, usual dodgy people around train station but no problems with personal safety. we had our own breakfast in the room , room cleanliness reduced by sticky surfaces and finger marks.weird toilet room and room noisy even with all windows closed not bad enough to disrupt sleep. we thought the bed was hard.as at november 2025 major works at barcelo sants this has been going on for 2 years and is far from over, hard to tell where to walk, drag luggage and access station its a nightmare.note both sides of the station look the same ??? th channels 6 and 7 have english news , it was a place to sleep thats about it
